What is the process of opening an Indoor Playground
1, Design: 100% customized, Generally, it is determined by the area. If the area of the first draft is small, it takes about a week.
A, To make sure design fit perfect, please mark information on floor plan (Clean height, Entrance, Column location and size, Place for washing room, coffee, party room etc..)
B, You can customized (color, theme, components)
2, Producing: Product leading time is 15-30 days depend on design.
We will do trial installation before delivery (metal and plastic part), will provide real images and 3D installation diagram, for more details please click (Project-Installation) on our website.
3, We can take care of Delivery and Installation.
We will arrange technician do installation (we will know the roughly cost once you send us the layout).

Do you need to charge separately for the design? Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied?
Design is not a separate charge, we will give you a rough sketch of the design according to the site, play function and idea demand, and modify it until you are satisfied, and then give it to the factory to make a quotation, and then place an order for payment, so there will not be unsatisfied with the situation of refund, you can rest assured that the consultation.
What materials are used for the main accessories of the product？
Mainly includes galvanized steel pipe, isometric multi-pass, soft package pipe, flame retardant plywood, pearl cotton, high-density flame retardant sponge, PVC leather and PU leather, EVA mats, etc. The accessories used in different facilities are different, and you can ask for specific details.
