Mimuplay provides a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects on the supplied equipment. Normal wear, vandalism, incorrect foundations, improper installation and damage from site conditions are excluded; the quotation identifies any component-specific terms.
Yes. Replacement plastic parts, guards, fasteners and other identified components can be ordered against the model, approved drawing and installation photos. Keeping the final drawing and packing list makes part identification faster.
A documented visual inspection before opening, a scheduled fastener and structural check, and periodic review of coatings, plastic parts, moving elements and impact-attenuating surfacing form the maintenance plan. Any damaged area remains closed until the affected component and surfacing are restored.
The RFQ records the climate, salt exposure, temperature range and expected sun exposure. Mimuplay can match galvanized steel, powder-coated or PVC-coated platform finishes and color materials to the site, while drainage and routine coating inspection remain part of the maintenance plan.
The project document package can include the approved layout, component list, packing list and inspection record. Name the destination-market standard and approval authority in the RFQ so applicable testing or certification documents are listed in the quotation before the order is released.
